Dien Berziga (2001) is an artist of Chinese-Italian descent currently studying Fine Arts at Central Saint Martins College in London. His work combines traditional art forms and contemporary technologies: painting, digital collage, and 3D printing. Each piece is a metaphorical landscape in which meaning gradually unfolds; the author invites viewers to engage and explore their interpretations. In the summer of 2024, he participated in the Kuldīga Art Residency, where he created the work "House of the Black Heads", referring to Riga's diverse architectural heritage. His work “Fields”, created specifically for this exhibition, draws inspiration from the landscapes of colourist Valdis Bušs. Since 2019, Dien has participated in 22 group exhibitions and is currently based in London, UK.
