On July 19th at 15:00 Art Platz invites you to join the online master class of architect and artist Mary Zhang.

During the lesson, various tasks for sketching the urban environment will be offered:
1. Preparation for work. Beginners will be able to use a pencil to draw guiding lines. You must choose a perspective for the drawing – some city places and filling the city landscape with people, cars, and other elements.
2. Draw 3 city views with 3 different perspectives - select several intersections.
3. Summary and discussion.

Perspective from one point creates a sense of the view from the 1st person, but it does not reflect depth and scale well. The prospect of two intersections enhances three-dimensionality as if you are observing from the side. A three-point perspective carefully emphasizes the depth and volume of the object, and its exaggerated deformation effect enhances the greatness of the object.
